Fractional creative director for YouTube channels

Weekly calls, performance review, and real-time feedback on upcoming videos. The creative lead your team doesn't have in-house, without the full-time hire.

01

Weekly strategy calls

Performance review, what's next, and the decisions that need a creative lead in the room.

02

Async feedback on videos, titles and thumbnails

Real-time notes on upcoming uploads before they go live.

03

Full channel audit in month one

The complete diagnosis first, so the rest of the engagement is execution, not discovery.

04

Production consulting as an add-on

Crew, workflow, and team buildout when the channel is ready to scale output.

Creator-led brands scaling up

Creators moving from solo to team-based production who need systems, not just strategy.

Production without direction

Teams with budget and crew but no clear creative framework driving consistent, high-retention output.

Hiring your first editors or producers

You need someone who has built and managed creative teams to set the standard and run the process.

Stuck at a subscriber ceiling

Channels that have plateaued and need a new approach, with someone accountable for the plan every week.

How is this different from a channel audit?
The audit is a one-time diagnosis. This is the ongoing version: I stay on as the creative lead, review performance every week, and give feedback on videos before they go out. The audit is included in month one.
Can you also run production?
Yes. Production consulting is available as an add-on, and for bigger builds I work as a showrunner or executive producer.
Is there a minimum engagement?
Three months. That's long enough to run the audit, change the packaging, and see it show up in the numbers.
Do you work with teams outside Florida?
Yes. Most of this work is remote over video call. I'm based in Sarasota, so creators in Florida can add in-person sessions.
